I guess in *theory* I can buy it there, although I can’t get the site to work. @.@ It seemed to imply that it’d make its stuff available on Amazon.com at some point, or was I misinterpreting that?

It should propagate to Amazon in the next week or so. We make a bit less money through them, but if it is what’s convenient for you, go for it. I’m sorry you can’t get the site to work; what’s happening.
When it switches to the site to enter credit card info, it loses track of the session and clears the shipping info and shopping cart.

Urgh, I’d love to order one, but getting charged almost as much in shipping as the book costs (over $24) seems a bit silly to be honest.
Maybe Amazon can do better for you? It’ll be there next week or so.
But it’s a pretty big book, and mailing it across the Atlantic is nontrivial.
